How can you improve your customer’s experience?

The answer is closer to home than you think. Every time one of your staff picks up the phone, emails a customer, or talks to them on shopfloor they are representing you and your business. Better customer experiences come from better employee experiences. What makes a successful employee experience is different for each business.
